Join ASSU

The ASSU represents the student body at Stanford. We’re independent from the university, so we only answer to students. Join us and help shape policies on COVID, diversity, housing, affordability, academics, campus safety, and student groups. The ASSU allocates millions of dollars of funding to hundreds of student groups on campus. We also operate several on-campus businesses. Join us and help make Stanford great! An association of students, for students, run by students. Join the ASSU and learn to negotiate policy, write legislation, set a budget, follow parliamentary procedure, and run programming.
