Before making a reservation, please read the following policies:

1. ASSU equipment rentals are for Voluntary Student Organization use only.

2. Be aware that a student or government ID will be required to be held for the duration of the rental.

3. Failure to return equipment or returning damaged equipment will result in a fine to the VSO equal to the cost of replacement.

4. Equipment is first come, first serve. Only reserve what you absolutely need. Repeated reservation no-shows will result in loss of rental privileges.

5. Equipment can only be picked up and returned during normal business hours (M-F, 9 am-5 pm). If you need to use the equipment outside of business hours, you are responsible for safekeeping the equipment until it can be returned during business hours.
