ASSU
The ASSU represents the student body at Stanford. We’re independent from the university, so we only answer to students. Join us and help shape policies on COVID policy, diversity, housing, affordability, academics, campus safety, and student groups.
Stanford Student Enterprise
Stanford Student Enterprises (SSE) manages the financial assets and business enterprises of the ASSU. SSE operates a banking service for all student groups, sells Stanford apparel, manages a Consulting venture, oversees a startup accelerator, and provides other valuable products and services on campus.
Equipment Lending Library
ASSU has an ongoing partnership with Stanford Arts to oversee the free Equipment Lending Library available to all Stanford students. The library has technical equipment ranging from speakers to AV technology. Reservations are made through Stanford Arts directly.
VSO Table Lending
Registered VSOs can borrow tables for tabling in White Plaza on a first-come-first serve basis within SSE hours of operations. You can inquire about availability at SSE’s front desk in OU 103. Lending requires that SSE hold onto a student ID during the duration of your table use. No reservations are accepted.
