Purpose
The Student Life, Housing, and Education Committee shall review all matters pertaining to the administration of undergraduate student services by the University including, but not limited to, undergraduate education, requirements, and research policies. Student Life, Housing, and Education will also review the academic support services of the Center for Teaching and Learning, Undergraduate Advising Program, and the Overseas Studies Program, as well as examine policies pertaining to undergraduate residences and the Office of Residential Education. In addition, members of this committee are responsible for reviewing all matters concerning ASSU programming and the business and composition of the Academic Council (Faculty Senate). Communication between committee members and representatives of the various University committees on undergraduate education is also expected.
